It’s that time of year again!  The 14th Annual Rappahannock Regional Soap Box Derby is this Saturday.  William Street will be closed from College Ave to Washington Ave.  The sewer construction at William Street and Kenmore Ave will not impede race day.  Opening Ceremonies start at 8am and races begin at 9am.  If you would like a spot along the course, get there early and bring your own chair.  The street fills up fast with spectators.  Also remember to bring your own refreshments; some vendors will be on site for food and drink purchases.  Sunday, June 13, 2010 will serve as a rain date.
